A: This series is primarily Satin Nickel. For matte black, polished chrome or antique bronze, please contact us for custom orders (MOQ 600 sets). Satin Nickel is our most popular neutral finish.
Q: Will the zinc alloy lever develop white spots in a bathroom?
A:A 72-hour salt spray test is our standard, and we stand behind our plating with a 3-year warranty – because inadequate pre-treatment or thin plating will otherwise lead to white spots in damp environments.
Q: The handle feels loose up and down after installation – how to fix?
A: Usually the spindle is too long or the fixing screw inside the rose is loose. Remove the lever, check that the spindle seats fully, then tighten the set screw.
